By registering on EmploymentHubs (www.employmenthubs.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use this platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Nigeria to use EmploymentHubs. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.
All users are required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification. Submitting false or fraudulent documents is a violation of these terms and may result in permanent account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities. KYC is required before applying for jobs, posting job listings, or accessing premium features.
This is a critical policy. When a job seeker is matched to and hired for a position, BOTH the employer and the employee must confirm the employment on the platform within 48 hours. Failure by either party to confirm will result in: automatic downgrade of the employer's job listing, and/or automatic downgrade of the employee's profile. This policy exists to prevent fraud, ghost listings, and false matching claims. No refunds are issued for downgrades caused by failure to confirm.
Employers agree to post only genuine, real job opportunities. Fake job posts, scam listings, or posts designed to collect personal information are strictly prohibited. EmploymentHubs reserves the right to remove any listing and suspend any employer account without notice.
Our AI matching engine provides candidate recommendations based on profile data. EmploymentHubs does not guarantee that any job seeker will receive a job offer or that any employer will find suitable candidates. Match scores are indicative only.
Subscription fees are billed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) via Paystack. All payments are non-refundable unless required by law. Subscriptions do not auto-renew — you must manually renew before expiry. EmploymentHubs reserves the right to change pricing with 14 days notice.
Promo codes are provided at EmploymentHubs' discretion and may be withdrawn at any time. Each code has usage limits and expiry dates. Codes cannot be combined or applied to existing subscriptions.
Affiliates earn commission on referred subscriptions at the rate published on the platform. Commissions are paid only on verified, successful payments. EmploymentHubs reserves the right to withhold commission if fraud is suspected. Withdrawals are processed within 3 business days of approval. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₦5,000.
The following are strictly prohibited: creating fake profiles or submitting false KYC documents; posting fraudulent job listings; harassing other users through the chat system; attempting to circumvent the employment confirmation system; scraping, copying or reproducing platform content; using the platform for any illegal purpose under Nigerian law.
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive automated WhatsApp messages from EmploymentHubs. These include job match alerts, confirmation reminders, subscription notices and account alerts. You can request to opt out of non-essential messages.
All content on EmploymentHubs — including the AI matching algorithm, CV builder, design, code, and branding — is the intellectual property of EmploymentHubs. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
EmploymentHubs is a platform connecting employers and job seekers. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, the accuracy of any job listing, or the outcome of any hiring process. To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, EmploymentHubs' liability is limited to the amount paid for your subscription in the preceding month.
EmploymentHubs reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct deemed harmful to other users or the platform. No refund will be issued upon termination for cause.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via WhatsApp.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved under Nigerian jurisdiction.
